FAQs

We hope that the information below can help to answer most of your questions but if you need any more help, please drop us a line at hello@walnutneurodiversity.com

How are your products produced?

All our products are printed using the Giclée method.

For our prints, we chose this option, as this museum-quality paper is extremely consistent and will give you a beautiful print that will last a lifetime.

In terms of our eco credentials, we print using water-based inks and source our paper and wood from sustainable forests. We also try and use only what is absolutely when it comes to packaging.

What is a giclée print?

Giclée prints are the highest quality you will find and are designed to last a lifetime. The technique involves the nozzles of an inkjet printer spraying a pattern of very fine drops onto the paper that later form the picture. The inks that are used are UV-resistant which means they are not prone to fading when exposed to daylight.

Which frame should I choose?

We're fans of a black frame but if you want to see what our white and natural wood options look like, take a peek below, where you can see all three colours.

How long will it take me to receive my print or canvas?

Each one of our products is bespoke printed for you after you place your order. As a result, please allow 7 – 10 days for production to take place, after which your order will ship.

What are the delivery times?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order ships, you should receive tracking information.

My order has arrived damaged. What do I do?

We do our best to ensure that your package arrives undamaged but we understand that accidents can happen. If the unexpected happens and your order arrives damaged, please e-mail us with your order details and photographs of the damage to your packaging and we will try and put things right.

My order has not arrived. Can you help find it?

You should have received tracking information for your order but if you’re worried that your package has been delayed, please e-mail us and we will try and find out what’s happened.

What is your returns policy?

We’re afraid that our personalised prints are non-returnable, as they are created especially for you (all the more reason to please check any spellings before you place your order!). Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for postage and packaging and for ensuring that the item reaches us in a perfect condition that allows us to resell it.

Walnut was founded by a family, which recently discovered that neurodiversity runs through a number of generations. Until now, we'd always wondered why we were different from most other people. Now we know why.

Whilst we're not playing down the challenges that often come with being neurodiverse, Walnut is about celebrating our differences, embracing what make us who we are and bringing some positive emotions into each day.

Whether it's buying for yourself, a friend or loved one, we hope that you will find something to love at Walnut.
